Spectrum DynamicsSpectrum Dynamics CIC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards or magnification, and people who find busy pages hard to process.
What we've done
- Text and backgrounds meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast in both the light and dark themes.
- The site works with a keyboard alone. Focus is always visible, and a “Skip to main content” link comes first on every page.
- The menu shows which page you’re on, for sighted and screen reader users.
- The site follows your device’s dark mode setting, and you can choose light or dark at the bottom of every page.
- Animation is kept to a minimum and switches off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages reflow to fit screens down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
How we tested
On 29 September 2026 we tested 13 pages in both themes with automated checks against WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA, and checked keyboard use and colour contrast by hand. The automated checks found no issues. Automated testing can’t find every problem, so please tell us about anything that gets in your way.
Known issues
- Some section headings start with an emoji, which screen readers read aloud before the heading.
- On the blog page, the heading levels skip a step.
