Who are Spectrum Dynamics CIC

Spectrum Dynamics CIC is a community interest company. We aim to remove obstacles to education and employment for neurodivergent youths in the Lancaster district and surrounding areas.

Partnering with local job centers in Lancaster and businesses. Passionate about inclusive education and employment support for neurodivergent youth and young adults.

We believe in the power of community involvement. We listen to the voices of those with lived experience to elevate communities.

We are dedicated to promoting neuro-inclusion in schools and workplaces. We want to change views of children who are seen as disruptive. We will support our local schools to be inclusion champions.
